New Chapter: Joining Savills’ National Hotels & Hospitality Platform

New beginnings.

This week I started as Associate Director – Hotel Capital Markets at Savills, joining their national Hotels & Hospitality team.

Five years and 35+ motel transactions deep, across leasehold, freehold going concern and freehold investment deals. Savills gives me a national platform and a global network to back the same specialist focus: motels, caravan parks, hotels and accommodation assets.

Queensland remains the core of what I do. But the brief now runs nationally, and that opens up more for the buyers and vendors I work with — bigger pool of capital, broader deal flow, more ways to get transactions done.
